It was never the baking that was hard

You can bake anything. Running it from a chat app and a diary is the part that breaks.

A message lands at 11pm — “1kg butterscotch, the 24th, same as last time.” You’ll work out “same as last time” tomorrow. Probably.

You quote a price off the top of your head, shake on it, and only that night realise you forgot the delivery charge. Again.

Four handovers on Saturday, and somewhere in the chats is the one you promised for noon — you think.

A customer who ordered every birthday for three years just… stopped. Nobody followed up. You didn’t notice until now.

You’re not disorganised. You’re doing the taking, the pricing, the making and the remembering — all at once, on a phone that was only built for chatting.

Why it gets better every month

Your order book, quietly working for you.

A diary just fills up. OrdersTrail turns every order you log into the next one — customers, dates and usuals, handed back at the moment they’re about to order again.

1

Log it once

Type it, or share the WhatsApp message in. The person and the order are saved together — no forms first.

2

It keeps everything in order

Priced, scheduled, tracked to delivery — and filed against that customer, not lost in a chat thread.

3

It brings the next one to you

When their occasion returns, OrdersTrail nudges you first, with everything you need to win the repeat.

Everything the job needs, nothing it doesn’t

One app for the whole order — start to repeat.

Take the order

Get it down fast, and get it right.

An order shouldn’t take longer to log than it took to agree on.

One tap from WhatsApp

Share the message straight in

Forward the customer’s WhatsApp into OrdersTrail. It reads the cake, weight, date and occasion, fills the order, and links the customer. You glance over it and save.

Pull from your contacts

New customer? Grab their name and number from your phone — no re-typing the number you’ll need for every reminder later.

Price it without guessing

The calculator totals ingredients, custom work and delivery — so you stop quoting from memory and quietly undercharging yourself.

Run the order

Get them all made and out the door.

Everyday order management — no clunky POS, just what a baker actually needs.

Track every order to the door

New, confirmed, ready, delivered. One tap sends the right WhatsApp update for wherever it’s at — no retyping the same message.

See your whole week

Every handover on a calendar. Spot the Saturday that already has four cakes — before you say yes to a fifth.

Know how you’re doing

Sales broken down on the screen. “How’s this week going?” answered in a glance — not a spreadsheet you never open.

Keep the customer

The part a diary can never do.

The order’s delivered. A diary forgets them here — this is where the next order comes from.

The one that pays for itself

Winback — last year’s order, handed back

Days before someone’s yearly occasion, they rise to the top of your list — with last year’s order and a message ready to send.

Every customer, remembered

Full order history, their usual, your private notes — all in one tap. Everything you’d have to hold in your head, kept for you.

Rate the person, not the order

A big order can still be a difficult customer. A private rating stays on the person — only you ever see it.

You’re early

Free now. ₹149 when we launch.

Use the whole app free while we’re in early access — then ₹149/month at launch. That’s less than the price of one cake a month for the tool that runs your entire order book.

One repeat order you’d otherwise have lost more than covers a whole month.

Good questions

Everything you might be wondering.

Yes — completely, no card needed, for as long as we’re in early access. When OrdersTrail launches it’ll be ₹149/month, and we’ll tell you well before that day. Anything you’ve logged stays yours.

No. OrdersTrail is just for you. Your customers keep ordering however they do now — usually WhatsApp — and you keep the record on your side.

Yes. Your orders live in a secure cloud, not only on your phone, so signing in on a new phone brings everything back.

Never. Your order book is private to your own account. No other baker can reach it.

No, and that’s the point. Those are built for storefronts with staff, and priced for them. OrdersTrail is built for one baker and a phone.

Tap Download, then open OrdersTrail.apk from your notifications or your Downloads folder. The first time, Android asks for permission to install apps from your browser — tap Settings, switch on “Allow from this source”, go back and tap Install. On older phones the switch is under Settings → Security → Unknown sources. You only do this once.

Any Android phone on version 7.0 or newer, and the same internet connection you already use for WhatsApp.

Your customers are already ordering. Start running it properly.

Install OrdersTrail on your Android phone and log your next order in under a minute — free, for as long as we’re in early access.
